Engineering

Practical engineering built around real infrastructure.

Reservoir upgrades, access systems, water-quality engineering and structural solutions, designed from what inspection actually found, then fabricated and installed by the same organisation.

Platforms & entry systems

Close the most common contamination path.

Unsealed or poorly designed reservoir platforms and entry hatches are a primary cause of potable water contamination. We design, fabricate and install sealed platform areas, entry hatches, handrails, davit systems and anchor points that protect the water and the people who work above it.

  • Sealed entry hatches and platform areas
  • Handrails, davit systems and rated anchor points
  • Confined-space access designed for real rescue scenarios

Water quality engineering

Fix circulation and the water fixes itself.

Short-circuiting, stale layers and sediment build-up are design problems, not cleaning problems. Directional nozzles, two-way nozzles, outlet screens and pipework modifications put stored water into motion, with no ongoing energy or maintenance cost once fitted.

Reservoir upgrades

Internal fixture simplification, pipework modification, coating renewal planning and combined renovation programs that make efficient use of each site visit.

E2

Consulting & auditing

Reservoir design review, water quality and distribution management consulting, asset auditing and HAZOP-style design checks grounded in field evidence.

E3

Access improvements

FRP and stainless ladder systems, Titan Arm anchorage, and confined-space access solutions that make routine work safer and faster.

HDPE two-way nozzle fitted to a reservoir wall inlet underwater, with stainless steel diffuser
Two-way nozzle, diver-fitted at the inlet penetration

Fitted once, working ever after.

This two-way HDPE nozzle was installed by divers with the tank in service. It puts inlet flow to work mixing the stored volume and needs no power and no maintenance, which is the point: circulation problems are best solved by the geometry of the water itself.

Bring us the problem, not the spec.

We'll inspect, design around what's actually there, fabricate to suit, and install it. One team, accountable for the whole job.
